I've finally reached your HSNM via SSH but as I told you before, you've some serious network/firewall problem because it can not reach the license server:

[root@server2 ~]# ping license.prometeo.com
PING license.prometeo.com (193.238.77.14) 56(84) bytes of data.
^C
--- license.prometeo.com ping statistics ---
10 packets transmitted, 0 received, 100% packet loss, time 9771ms


Please check with your technician because we cannot provide this kind of support.

now is again unreachable. We have been kicked out of the SSH session.
