we noticed sometimes there is users didn't exceeding there maximum data sold to them
below one example
this user has this sales history
he had unlimited plan for 7 days
From 2019-03-14 to 2019-03-21
so he used 10 GB
then he bought 6GB plan for 30 days
from 2019-03-21 To 2019-04-21
and he used 1 GB
but the dashboard showing
Residual Traffic Credit -5.35 GB
notice: yesterday we revised the speed for 6GB plan and we updated the policy to the user already registered
