advertisement not show HSNM administration backend general discussion

Hi,

we try to use ADv in our hsnm , but it work with the latest version

i do all procedures of create advertiser , campaign , credit of the advertiser

and also i try to use the default XYZ manager with its default setting and advertisement not appear

how i can troubleshoot and debug this issue

can you please ensure your adv doesn't have this red flag? This means that your adv is not active:

Please verify that you've put content to your ADV and you provide credit to it.
If the error persists, post your detailed adv screenshot obfuscating your sensible content.

we solved your issue.
Your external DB was not updated with Timezones so your campaigns do not appear.
We have fixed this for you.
