We having difficulties getting the 3g modem to work (Sending sms)

Hello!
What kind of USB modem are you using? HSNM supports only some modems that are:

Onda TM201
Huawei E173
Huawei E1750
Huawei E620
Huawei E1552
Huawei E3131
Onda MW836UP
Onda MDC655
Onda MT835UP
Onda MDC835UP
Onda MT191UP

If you are using a vmware version please be sure that USB modem is connected and recognized from vmware.

We are using

one touch x230e 01 z128 modem

vmware version recognizes it

Hi!
This kind of modem is not supported from HSNM. You have to use one of the supported modems

Modem has been replaced with Huawei E173 but we still cant get it to work

Please check if HSNM recognized the modem under "system settings" menù, after that go to "system utility" menù and try to send an SMS and check on HSNM LOG what is written.
I have seen that your license is expired and HSNM is blocked, so how did you try to send an SMS with the HSNM blocked?
