Anamoly on Dashboard Data HSNM administration backend general discussion

Hi, I have a gateway showing user connected for 3-hours but on dashboard its not updated, Is it common feature or takes time to update.

On dashboard the datas are updated every 2 hours.

No, otherwise every time you require a dashboard the CPU reasource goes up because there are a lot of query to DB

this is required by customer to have real-time dashboard.

At the moment is not possible. I will ask to our developers if it is possible to add a choice on HSNM "General Data"

I forgot to tell you that, if you click the "Refresh" button on the top right of the dashboard, the datas should be automatically updated.
Probably this could be sufficient for you.

That's probably not sufficient but if you set a time of 1-3 minutes for auto update then it would be sufficient. As when we open MK gateway interface, we see many users connected but support staff has genuine reason to have real-time data om dashboard.

You can only update dashboard data by clicking the "refresh" button. The dashboard is a very complex page and it has a heavy impact on system performance, so create an auto refresh functionality will decrease the speed of the system and the page and for the moment we prefere to keep this kind of update/refresh system.
