I am not able to see the images, which are added in custom image in welcome portal.
Can you please assist us to resolve the same.

I think that we already fixed your issue yesterday because you also wrote an e-mail to our SUPPORT; can you confirm this?
Anyway to fix the issue we have to connect through SSH to your HSNM.
