loading multiple wifi cards for one user HSNM administration backend general discussion

Hi,

I am not sure if this is possible.

We are using cards for our commercial hotspot. We printed out thousands of scratchable cards.

Our management wants users to be able to use multiple cards on the same device where they can load the cards and the data will sum up as one.

I know this may not be possible considering each card has different usernames to authenticate to portal but please I need your thought.

Hi Razhsnm,

It's not possible using cards. You can do it if you provide some products or vouchers during the recharge process, but you have to check the "Recover Residual" field in every products' configuration you want to provide to users.
