We want to implement a free 15 mins before the user needs to enter a paid product card.

Please let us know how it can be done.

We want users to automatically access the internet for 15 mins without being asked for login.

Here are the things that you can do;

1) Create a policy which provides a certain speed for the user, an idle time out and a session time out;

2) Associate the policy created at point 1 to a product which has 15 minutes of Total Time;

3) Edit the domain and enable the Complimentary Access giving it the product created at point 2

Please note as well that if you don't want your users to register and would only want to give them cards, you simply just have to remove create cards with the desired product associated to them and remove available product from the domain, or leave them in the domain but remove all the checks that provide the possibility to recharge and register.

This way, after the expiration of the 15 free minutes the only way for the user to login will be to have a card and use the card's credentials to perform the login.

Hence we are just using cards for our commercial hotspot, we want our users to be redirected back to the main portal where it will ask for new cards once users used up the cards they are using.

How can this be done?
