SSL Certificate, where to buy. HSNM administration backend general discussion

Hi!
Could you give me some recommendation where to buy certificates to use the portal with HTTPS enabled by default?
I've tried "Let's encrypt" and it works but it requires constant maintenance (well every ~2,5 month) and it does not work on old browsers / OS.

There are a lot of companies where you can buy these certificates, please give me recommendation.
