Can't recharge customer on backend

Running 6.0.147
I need to add a product to a user from my back-end portal. I can pull up the recharge, change the product, set an expiration, and save... but it doesn't actually take effect. Help!

I finally got this one to go through by trying over and over again. I'll setup a test account later and try it again.

Hi,
if you have to add a different product to an user you just have to create a new product, if not already done, and then recharge the user from its contextual menu or by editing the user and then clicking on the recharge button available on the top right. In this way you will be able to select one of the available product and assign it to the user.
