Hi,

today in system log there is this error "Information! Social network (1) user login error:" but without any additional info like MAC or IP address of device.

How to troubleshoot that? Is this HSNM or client device based error?

Hi Ivan,

when you see that kind of log it means that something wrong happend during the social login process but the social network itself didn't provide any specific error. Just a general login error.

(1) code stands for Facebook social login.
