survey

Hi all,
my hotel client wants to give free internet to his clients. in return they should fill a survey about their experience during their stay or any other information they may want to survey. the survey should be sent to the email of the client in a day or two when they have already experience the hotel services. i guess they should log in with their email.(verified) but i cant get how to send to their email on scheduled days.

There isn't the way to automatically send an e-mail to the user with the survey but, if your customer needs, he can send an e-mail to the user with the URL to the survey.
The URL to use is like this http://DomainName/portal/app/survey/ind ... rveysid=89 where

DomainName is the FQDN to reach HSNM
datalang is the language with which the survey will be viewed
hssurveysid is the ID of the survey

Hi Patrik,

I'm sorry but it's not possible.

The only thing you can do is to set the URL in one of the notification email sent to the user. For example the registration notification.

No Access to HSNM

Hi,
The last seven days, i have to restart the HSNM before customers can log in or i can access the HSNM. Help please.
