hello Support
We want to move our server from using http to https. We have the certicate already. and have tried uploading it on the server but after it refreshes we cant tell whether it has uploaded succesfully.
1.Are we doing it correctly ?
2. Are there implications of moving from HTTP to HTTPS in terms of resolution time ?
3.Any other thing we should do before or after moving to https ?

Hi Joseph
After installing certificate, the system will ask you to restart service. After that try to load the HSNM Back End with HTTPS and check if you have a certificate error.
If not, means that the certificate is correct and it has been loaded correctly on HSNM.
About your question, below you can find my replies:

1) YES, if you can load HSNM Back End with HTTPS, otherwise NO.
2) NO
3) Check if your gateway can use HTTPS. There are some gateway type that has some trouble managing HTTPS. For these reason I suggest you to not immediately enable "HTTPS as default" checkbox inside HSNM System Settings but only load certificate and then check if your gateway works using HTTPS on redirect page.

Best regards
