User at Domain but not Gateway

Why would someone purchase a service and I can see that user at the Domain level but not at the Gateway level? I'm on version 6.1.51

I also just noticed they bought a 7 day service and it shows the expiration as unlimited. I had to manually "recharge" the service with an expiration 7 days from now.

what do you mean with "you can see users at Gateway level"?

About the problem related to the expiration, can you provide, writing an email to support@hsnetworkmanager.com, an URL with credentials in order to check your HSNM? Please, provide the domain name where you are facing the problem.
