Am trying to upload a video but am getting an error "The image size of the poster for the video is too large. Reduce the image and reupload it "

What is the recommended size of a vide to upload

how did you set the URL? I mean, did you set an URL that directly point to a MP4 video or did you set an URL that point to a page that contains a MP4 video?

Hi i tried uploading the video to server directly ..i am uploading it as an intro under advertising campaign>> intro>>Welcome portal intro >>intro type >MP4 external video
