Unable to add advertiser campaign HSNM administration backend general discussion

Hi,

We have "Advertising license level 2" which should give us up to 10 campaigns, but HSNM won't let us activate campaign number 9.

The licence seems to be loaded correctly:

But when trying to add/unsuspend campaign number 9 I get:

please, can you send an email to support@hsnetworkmanager.com with URL and credentials in order to access your HSNM and check?

Please, tell me also the campaign name you are trying to unsuspend.

Hi Dean,

we did a check and found and solved a problem in the campaign count.

We fix it directly on your HSNM but a new update will be published next week with the fix. I suggest you to update your HSNM once available.
