Backup is not working

I configured my ftp server but I get this errors:
Error! Ftp connection error
Error! DB backup: FTP connection error!
I took I look to my firewall to see if there were something blocking the connection but I couldn't see any log entry.
What can I do?
I tried to do a manual backup but it also uses the ftp server.
Is there a possibility to manually download a backup from HSNM?

Hi,
what is your HSNM version?
If you got that error it means that HSNM is not able to reach/connect to your FTP server.
You already did a check at firewall level. However there could be something related firewall rules or FTP data you set in the HSNM.
Please, can you check further in this sense and let me know what your HSNM version is?

My HSNM version is 6.1.82. I rebooted the server and tried again and it worked.
Does the database backup also includes configuration?

no, database backup only includes data. So you won't find system configuration you did.
