BUG - PayPal over ridining settings for purchasing advertiser credit HSNM administration backend general discussion

Bug for advertisers purchasing credit.

Set Resller Payment options to only have Payment Express.
Set Domain Payments system for users to only have Payment Express
Add Campaign
Add Advertiser system user
Login Advertiser system user
Select Purchase Credit
Enter Amount and press "Buy Button"

Expected Result - Payment Express purchase page

Actual Result - Paypal purchse page

Please fix so advertisers can self purchase credit.

Hi reggimus
Please next time provide also the HSNM version that you are using.
Anyway this is not a BUG because the Payment GWs are used only by the payments made by the end-users/guests.
Instead the payments made from HSNM Back End (like SMS purchases or Advertiser credit purchases or etc) are only made using Paypal
