Hi

I am using ver 7.0.80 Beta, I have got problem when run database backup. Below log appear in system log:

2019-12-05 17:24:51 hsnm Information! DB backup. Host: 10.241.110.91. DB backup: terminated!
2019-12-05 17:24:51 hsnm Information! Send mail to: xxx@yyy (From: xxx@yyy - Host: mail.xxx)
2019-12-05 17:24:51 hsnm Error! DB backup: FTP error (9). Directory doesn't exist on the server
2019-12-05 17:24:51 hsnm Information! DB backup: start of file upload via FTP
2019-12-05 17:24:49 hsnm Information! Host: 10.241.110.91. DB backup: in progress!

Host 10.241.110.91 is actually the HSNM server itself, I have set different host in FTP in system settings (attached screenshot). However somehow it keep showing the IP 91 in system log. The defined FTP host (attached screenshot) is working as tested using Filezilla.
What could be the problem?

Regards
Iputu

Hi iputusup,

have you tried removing the slash "/" at the beginning of the paths?

Hi

I just tried that with path: "home/appadmin/", "/home/appadmin", or "home/appadmin"
Still experiencing the same error. Even tried to reboot the system, also still the same.

Hi iputusup
There isn't any BUG regarding FTP on HSNM so if you have that error means that you wrongly set the FTP path.
I suggest you to configure FTP, first of all, without any path in order to understand which is the root directory of your FTP account. Then you can try to set the path for FTP.

Best regards

Hi
I just realized the path for FTP is not mandatory. The backup is successful without any path in FTP.

Thanks & Regards
