License Error

Hello Support
We had an issue with our provider and after changing to another provider we notice an error about our license and this causing us.
Kindly resolve this

Hi Courage
This happen if:
1) your HSNM cannot contact our license server so please check if it has an Internet connection, if DNS are working fine and if it can reach atlante.prometeo.com from "System Info"

2) You are using or you used the same GUID in one or more HSNMs. If this is the case, please power off all the HSNM and keep power on only one

From version v7 URLs to verify are:
  • - license.prometeo.com
    - license1.prometeo.com
So in order please:
  • - Check if your HSNM can reach license.prometeo.com and license1.prometeo.com firstly via HSNM ping utility.
    - Check if your Firewall allows HTTPS (443) and HTTP (80) traffic toward those 2 URLs
