I noticed the importing of data using tool for managing data not working. I imported the sheet from the existing users
Can you assist and see the attached picture with my sample excel sheet template.

Thanks for the response
After uploading the Excel sheet I get notified that the file has been updated successfully but when you check the users I don't see change nor see the added users.
Kindly assist me on why I am no cable to see the uploaded users.
Kindly find the attaches screenshot . The users does not show even when search for a particular user it can not be accessed
