Automatically create users (based on the devices MAC) using the no registration method

Hello,
We have a client that uses a simple "Login and go", no registration portal.
Is it possible for the HSNM to auto create users fer every MAC that logs in? This way we can track the users devices, look if which one uses more the network..?
Maybe we can achieve this using another registration type?
