HSNM was recently updated from version 5.0.73 to latest available 7.0.196 Stable.

Step 1:

System/Display All Connected/Users

Print Card
Step 3:

Card shows up empty

Workaround, but only works for Admin account, for Reception account doesn't work (Account for User/Password Voucher administration)

Please try to launch this command:
http://YOURHSNMurl/functions/updatedb.php
then wait till the process complete and check if it fixes your issue.

This is what I got. No process started or any output except "1".

No, still the same problem.

Also I have random entry in System log:

Error!
