Hi,

I've noticed that if you have a user with a common first or last name, the search only returns 20 results and I can't see a way to move to the next page of results. Is it possible to scroll through all the results?

Hi Clannet,
this is not a bug but a way to not heavy load the HSNM during a search.
The search was limited because in certain cases, we can have millions of results.

How would I find the users who aren't shown due to the search limit?

For example, you can type more characters in order to make a more detailed search.
You can even extract users to Excel via tools in order to have a complete list.
