Device Recognition HSNM administration backend general discussion

Hi!
We are trying to implement device recognition on a Ruckus VSZ but is not working, either hide username and password fields nor suggest and display username and password fields. Could you tell us what are the steps required in order to start working with it. Thanks

not all vendors have this function.
Ruckus doesn't have it.
