Hi!
I am having problems when using Ruckus Unleashed and a Wif4EU installation. Some users can access and some other user get a "unable to reach gateway" error. I captured traffic in my firewall and I don't receive RADIUS "Access-Request" packets when the client get that error. if I get the "Access-Request" packets are received the user can navegate.
My hotspot version is 7.0.205 Stable.
What can be the problem?

Hi,
which kind of authentication did you set in your domain?
Clients must receive accept-accept in order to surf the web.
Please check in HSNM if users have traffic left in their product if the product has expired or exhausted.
If for some reason the user can't surf the web, HSNM sends an access-reject radius answer and doesn't allow the user to connect and surf the web.
Access-request is the request that it made toward the HSNM in order to get the answer back.

"Click & connect. No registration no password" is used for that customer. Is an installation of WiFi4EU.
The problem is that only with some devices the Access-request are sent. Most of them don't send it, that's why HSNM doesn't send the accept.
The device used is Ruckus Unleashed.

Which version of Unleashed are you using?
Which Hw type did you choose in your Gw in the HSNM?
