User conection log not been shown

Hi!

We have an error on our users' log conection. We have noticed some users' log conection are not shown. We have been following it in case there was a pattern but seems to be random.
Users could be on the same gateway, or in a different one, also it happens at any time randomly.
For example today at 15:55 a user has been registered on a gateway, 10 minutes after in the same gatewat ,at 16:05, an other user has been registered but without showing log conection.

Dear,
Have you made a test to register and login the see what is written inside the user log?
Please click on the user connection log and check if something is wrong there.
A user can choose to register itself but never log in, this depends on your Domain configuration.
