I need users only enter the username and password when register and never be asked for login again. Is that possible?

this is possible by enabling device recognition.
Note that if the user device changes MAC ADDRESS, for the HSNM is a new one so this function is bypassed.

Yes sure.
You can enable by editing your domain config here: This function will work only for domains where a user must register (so for click and connect domain can't work).
With this, a user doesn't need to fill the fields every time because they are already filled.

But captive portal will be opened to the client?

Yes. There is no way to bypass it totally.
