Dear Team,

Have a good Day,
I just want to know if there is an option to manually disconnect the hotspot user in HSNM?
We have encounter problem especially when the user request to change device. so we will disassociate the user. but still the users are connected as per below screenshot.
So once the user are active then we will disassociate him then he will use another device there will be problem once he login in new device.

So my request if you can put an option that we can disconnect the users direct in HSNM.

Thanks,
Jose

Hi Magenta,
we already have the possibility to force disconnect the user.
By clicking on the burger menu of the user in the list of a domain, there already is a disconnect button, but it only works with Mikrotik and only if the Gw is reachable via port 8728 TCP and UDP (Mikrotik API).
Have a nice day.

Dear Support,

If u see the screenshot that is only the option in burger menu.
May i know other burger menu u are point out?
We are using Mikrotik Gateway. but only the IT administrator can open the winbox for mikrotik.
in Mikrotik router we can do everything.

so in reception they can open the HSNM portal with privilege's to disassociate and associate the hotspot users.
so what im pointing out if there is possibility to disconnect the client throught HSNM Management portal.

Thanks,
Jose

In the list of user in your domain, you can do it:
