You can create a user self-registering domain and in the Fields for registering the user, ask for a password.

I don't want a self-registration password

I want to be able to create a password that I give to the guests to enter with their email

You can create a domain with "registration of the operator", generate a user manually, then in the domain request the missing fields and enable the email request.

As an alternative, you can generate cards (even for massive user creation) and enable the email request and missing fields.
