SSL upload Issue Confused HSNM administration backend general discussion

Hello Gents,
I bought my SSL Certificate from a reseller. They sent me 3 files, but I am really confused about how to upload them. When I open the tabs there are three tabs and dont' know which goes which. Could anyone tell me, please? with reference to the image, which Letter goes to which Number?

You need a KEY to decrypt the cert and use it within Apache in the HSNM.

Thank you for your reply, but I myself never work with such stuff. Could you let me know where I can get that key? Should I talk with the certificate authority? If yes, what should I explain to them?
What is the best recommendation to sort out that issue?
Could you explain the steps, please?

There are no fixed steps.
You need to ask them the 3 objects the HSNM is asking for.
