Ads issues

by Starnet » 01 Oct 2015, 17:33

We are trying to put on an test environment about advertising campain.
1. The latest update 3.0.124 doesn't respond to dashboard comands.
2. In the advertising menu i have created a campaign and configured all the settings like the manual but nothing apears as a ads on hotspot. Have we to enable the campaign elsewhere except i haven't check for the no-advertising on the hotspot configuration.

1. What do you mean with "doesn't respond to dashboard"?
2. You have to add credit to the campaign

1. I mean that the buttons "open" "edit" "delete" and "blocks" are not clickable.
2. I have added credit to campaign. set the total budget, daily budget, click cost and impression cost. same results no advertising on hotspot.

Hi!
1. On which devices? On which browser? I have tried on your HSNM but I haven't any issue...I am using IE 10 on Windows 7.
2. You have to add credit to the advertiser

Hi!
We have found the problem: on the advertise campaign you have set on "Banner image link" the URL to the image, but on this field you have to put the URL to view when something click on the banner

Another thing: we have seen that on the "ifree" manager you have set a template on the domain and also on the hotspot; if you want to use the domain template, please set the hotspot template to "default" otherwise you have to make the contrary
For the other problem we are checking
