Hi Mirkos
Below I try to summarize all the "Cause of Logout" and its meaning

User Request  --> User requested termination of service, for example when click on "Disconnect" button (by logging out).
Lost Carrier  --> The carrier was dropped. This can either mean the user or his router or wifi disconnect, or can mean that the line was dropped or took a noise. Example when user disconnect from wifi network.
Lost Service  --> Service can no longer be provided; for example when the gateway lost the connection with HSNM or user's connection to HSNM was interrupted
Idle Timeout  --> Idle timer expired. For example when a user close its browser without disconnecting from the wifi and so it is automatica disconnected because it reached the Idle-Timeout
Session Timeout  --> Maximum session length timer expired. Means that the user is disconnected because it reached the Session-Timeout
Admin Reset  --> Administrator reset the port or session.
Admin Reboot  --> Administrator is ending service on the Gateway, for example reboot the Gateway.
Port Error  --> Gateway detected an error on the port which required ending the session.
NAS Error  --> Gateway detected some error (other than on the port) which required ending the session.
NAS Request  --> Gateway ended session for a non-error reason not otherwise listed here. In some cases when you reboot the Gateway
NAS Reboot  --> The Gateway ended the session in order to reboot non-administratively ("crash").
Service Unavailable  --> Gateway was unable to provide requested service.
Callback  --> Gateway is terminating current session in order to perform callback for a new session.
User Error  --> Input from user is in error, causing termination of session.
Host Request  --> Login Host terminated session normally.

Hope this can help you

Hi guys
In addition to this, we inform you, that there are other "cause of logout" added by HSNM for the records without any STOP record. Below an explanation for them:

Forced closure 1 --> is written when the user has been disconnected due to the "Consider user disconnected after" option set in the domain.
Forced closure 2 -->is written when the gateway no longer sends updates to the device (Interim Update) and is therefore considered disconnected. In practice, a connection has remained opened without having received the “STOP” and “Cause of Logout”
Forced closure 3 --> is written when an user try to login but HSNM found a previouse "open" record without any STOP and "cause of logout"

Best regards
