Hi
You can track the MAC ADDRESS connections' LOGs, exporting the "Users' connection LOGs". To do that click on the domain's contextual menù and then on "Export data" menù

Then click on "Run" command to have the .CSV file with all the users connections LOG.

Anyway to avoid this issue you can enable the "Enable MAC address" checkbox
