Statistic seems to have a flat line, possibility of being capped. HSNM administration backend general discussion

Hi Support,

Is there some sort of capped settings or any other settings we need to have a look at. The image attached show that the past week we had 19500 or just under that. It seems to be too consistent or close that the stats stay at 19500 number of connections.

Would it be possible to investigate this? Is there somewhere else we can investigate on the server?

I am sorry but I can't understand which is your problem. 
I have seen the  the number of connection graph but it seems correct: the number of connections is more or less the same during the week except on sunday that they decrease 

Anyway there isn't any capped settings on HSNM
