Hi Guillermo,
did you follow all the steps provided by the SetupGateway guide available from the HSNM documentation section?
You said you imported the configuration script downloaded from the HSNM. But did you also copy the new hotspot folder downloaded from the HSNM?
If your users are able to surf and they don't reach the welcome portal it means that there is something wrong with your gateway configuration.
So, if you didn't, reset your gateway to no-default (command to use is availabe in the guide I mentioned) and follow all the steps provided by the SetupGateway guide.
