Import User Data tool HSNM administration backend general discussion

Can you confirm that the Import Tool does not affect any existing user data in the database.
Also I need to change an existing domain to a different manager account. Is there any alternative to this process:
* Export user data
* Replicate domain and gateway under new manager account (gateway has temporary name)
* Import user data
* Delete old gateway and domain
* Rename new gateway

It does not affect and the process that you will be doing or planning to do is correct. For the alternative way, we will be consulting our developer to confirm if there is for the current version.

Hi Andrushka,

Regarding with the alternative or the other way to the process you've provided, you can also achieve it by simply cutting the domain and pasting it under the new Manager. Same thing for the Gateway (cutting the gateway and pasting it under the pasted domain). By cutting a domain instead of copying it, all users belonging to that domain are also going to move.
