GPDR Login Doubts General questions and topics about hsnm

I just read the pdf you have sent about the fulfillment of the GPDR.
I have a series of doubts:

1) Does the login with social networks comply with the GPDR?
2) Right now I use the HSNM printer in many places, is this compatible with the GPDR?
3) Obligatory to comply with the GPDR need to send the user and password to the user?
4) If the client does not have email then he can not register because he does not comply with the law?
5) When the assigned product expires as it is renewed?
6) With the same account can several devices be logged in anyway?
7) The only login that meets the GPDR is the one you quote in the pdf?

Yes, it's a login like the others and if you ask personal information to user all the process comply with the GDPR

Yes, as in question 1, if you ask personal information to user all the process comply with the GDPR

Yes, you have to send credentials to user in order to provide it the possibility to self manage its account

Yes, same as question 3

5) When the assigned product expires as it is renewed?
we have to check further this aspect. we will let you know

6) With the same account can several devices be logged in anyway?
yes, an user can use more than one device, using same credentials, based on the product configuration (for us it's seen as only one user)

7) The only login that meets the GPDR is the one you quote in the pdf?
All the login that require personal data to the user are subject to the GDPR

Hi Dpaz,

5) When the assigned product expires as it is renewed?

Starting from upcoming new HSNM version 6, available by the end of next June, user will be able to login, in order to manage it's account, even when the product is expired. So user won't be forced to recharge.

Hi,

I've one question regarding GDPR and social network login.

In registration process through social network is not possible to send email notification. (It says "If enabled, at the registration confirmation, a confirmation email with login credentials will be sent to the user. It is not considered in the registration process through social network)

So, would that mean that social network login is not in compliance with GDPR?
