redirect users immediately to portal once data is used up

Hi,

Is there a way for HNSM to redirect the user to the portal immediately once data is used up?

Right now, what we observed is that once the data is used up, HSNM only stops the connection and users will wonder if our internet went off or he used up data.

We want them to be redirected immediately so that they can enter a new card.

Hi Razhsnm,

Usually, when product expires users should be ask to recharge their account and when they inserted their credentials they should get an error telling them that the product is expired and they have to recharge. But if you will remove the possibility to let the users to recharge, the users will only get the user/product expired error. So, they will have to insert new card credentials in order to log in again.

In general this depends or has something to do on how you have configured the domain. In line with this, Can you please provide a screenshot of how your domain is configured.

Hi,

It would be a good feature if the user will be redirected back to the portal or somehow a notification will be displayed on the page stating that the data is already used up. Then a button for them to click to get back to the portal to enter new card.
