Just query, can you please explain difference between, Number of Connections and Unique Connected Users. Sometime we are confused, which report need to refer for actual users currently connected in network.

Hi Will,

The "Number of Connections" is the number of connections made by users, and a user can perform many connections during the day.
The "Unique Connected Users are the customers who have made at least a connection during the day.
