User logged and surfing but not connected in HSNM domain users

I have installed a hotspot in a customer with Facebook and email login.
If I use user and password I can surf but the user is not shown in the HSNM console as connected and the user doesn't get the text "you are connected".
If I use Facebook I get an error (in facebook) that says "URL bloqueada: La redirección ha fallado porque la URI no está incluida en la lista de autorizados OAuth de cliente de la aplicación. Comprueba que el acceso "OAuth" de cliente y web estén activados y añade todos los dominios de tus aplicaciones como URI de redirección "OAut"

Hi infosey,

About the error with facebook login you have to check the configuration of your App. The error you got clearly explain what the problem is.
Keep in mind that facebook, since March 2018, requires the use of https in the login App. So, also the OAuth URI must be set as https.

About the other problem I need to perform some tests in order to reproduce the error and check why it happens. I'll let you know as soon as I finish tests.

I did some tests but I haven't been able to replicate the problem. After a login I always got the "you are connected" message and I see the user as connected (green circle) from HSNM console.

Can you provide us all the steps in order to replicate that behaviour?

I connect my device to the WLAN. After that I get the message that I must log into the Wi-Fi network (in my android device). I click on that link and the portal is shown. I click on go to login. After that I write my user and password and click on Access to internet. I get a white page and I can surf. Then I connect to the HSNM console and the user is shown as disconnected.
