Hi patrickk,

I don't think it can have been a software problem. I think something happened at hardware level and that HSNM freezed.

Reason why it happened could be high temperature. I suggest you to check that HSNM has been installed in a well ventilated place.
Another thing you can do is to connect a monitor and a mouse to the HSNM and see if the mouse cursor can move. If it can't, surely the machine is freezed.

Best Regards.

Good morning,
My HSNM had to be restarted again on Saturday before it could be accessed. The room temperature is 26 degrees. can we probe further what the issue is?

Hi Patrick
what you can do is:

1) Open the case of your HSNM
2) Check if the VGA cable is connected to the motherboard. If not, please connect it after power off HSNM
3) Power on HSNM again and connect a VGA monitor to HSNM
4) Connect an USB mouse and keyboard on HSNM
5) When HSNM stopo working again, check if you can move the mouse cursor and if you can type something with keyboard. If not, means that HSNM simply is freezed and so you have to open an RMA

Best regards
