"Send credentials" to user

Dear Team

we prepared our configuration of sms and email and we test them and both was fine.
then we tried to "Send credentials" to one user who have email and valid phone no but we are getting this error message

"Unfortunately, an error has occurred and credentials cannot be sent. Please check that user data is complete with mobile number and/or e-mail address"

please advice

If you have that error means that the user has not a mobile phone or an e-mail address defined.
I've just tried on our LAB to "Send credentials" to an user with both mobile and e-mail and it works like a charm.

Did you try with a different user? Which HSNM do you have?

Dear Team

we have V 6.1.55
we tried with several users who have valid email address and valid mobile no.
even we tried with users who received the automatic notification email "Notification of product expiration"
however we see the same error message and we dont see any email in the SENT folder in our email.

Please upgrade to the latest version 6.1.60 that we will pubblish today and then retry. Yesterday I test this function and it worked without any issue

P.S.-> it is obviouse that you don't view the mail sent by HSNM into your SENT mail folder.

we are conservative usually to upgrade to beta version
is this is issue with our version ??
regarding the sent mail . i mean we can see the emails automatically sent by the email address that we are using as HSNM SENDER email

Did you enable, under domain, the e-mail or SMS notification?

If not, this is the reason because you had the error.

yes thank you part of the problem solved after we changed the config as you mentioned
the email is sending now the credentials
and we are getting this message
"The credentials have been sent correctly"

but the SMS is not sending .
we checked our SMS gateway server there is nothing reaching the SMS server.

ok we changed now at manager level the
Total Number of SMS Purchased
and
Total Number of SMS Sent
it was Zero i believe this was also part from the problem
now its sending the credentials
