ACCOUNTING NOT WORIKING PROPERLY General questions and topics about hsnm

Hi,
Please refer to the attachment. Under "context data and total values" the total revenues from users keep changing. for example 14th April is can be usd 1000 and 15th April can be usd 950. Again when i update to version 6.1.60 the "context data" do not appear at all, which is very important for my daily accounting. Is there a way to downgrade to lets say 10 versions lower. Since only two version are shown to either upgrade or downgrade.

Starting from version 6.1.57 the dashboard has been reduced; if you want to view all the tile you have to click om "+" button.

This is the 6.1.57 change LOG:
7) New In order to not unnecessarily stress the system, the default dashboards of "System", "Reseller", "Manager" and "Domain" have been reduced. By pressing the "+" button at the top right corner, it can be displayed the extended dashboard with all the tiles.

P.S.-> if you upgrade your system to version 6.1.55 or later, you cannot rollback to a previouse version.

[Thank you. At the owners level it seems to be working fine, but at the domain level where the mikrotik is, it "context data / total values" does not appear even when you expand with the plus]

what HSNM version do you have? I did some test on a HSNM with the latest 6.1.62 version and I didn't get any problem clicking on the plus button of the domain dashboard.

[Hi, I am using 6.1.62 version. At the mikrotik side the plus appears alright but the plus when expanded the "context menu" does not appear. At the owners level the figures keep changing back and forth. Thanks, Patrick ]
