Dear Team,
When we are adding intro video in a template
1. It is taking much longer to display on screen.
2. On mobile screen it is not automatically playing, instead showing Youtube button to be pressed for playing video.
3. Mostly times it is showing connection lost error.
Please guide.

Below my replies point by point:

1) It depends by device's wifi connection or by hotspot internet connection.
2) This is normal. Most smartphone devices don't allow autoplay
3) See point 1.
