i need to know if its possible that the system can send automatic SMS notification to the subscriber before expired date and in expiration and after that to tell him to go to recharge from point of sales

this is important issue comparing with other freeradius development

what you asked it's not possible.

what you can do is to send couple of email notification before the expiration. You can configure them from the "Notifications" menu available in the contextual menu of "System".

but customers need SMS , not like email notification ,, what of development issues can be done for that in next release
