SMS settings at Reseller Level HSNM administration backend general discussion

Hello,

One of our resellers would like to make use of the SMS features of HSNM. We have configured the SMS gateway type (HTTP) at the reseller level, but when setting the SMS options of their managers they don't have permission to set "Total Number of SMS Purchased" so SMS messages aren't sent and the message "Warning! The maximum number of SMS that can be sent by the manager, has been reached" is logged.

Is it possible to allow resellers to define the value of "Total Number of SMS Purchased" for their managers so they don't have to set SMS gateway type for each manager?

in order to change that value you have to log in as an admin user.

So if a reseller wishes to use their own SMS provider and mange it themselves, they must set the SMS gateway type for each manager (as they can't edit "Total Number of SMS Purchased" )?

what managers can do is to buy packet of sms. They can do it from the contextual menu of the manager.

Anyway I'll ask to developers if they can do something about the possibility of reseller to set the "Total Number of SMS Purchased" in the manager.

I talked with developers and starting from the next HSNM version 7 there will be this possibility:

From the changelog: 41) New System users with the role of reseller with “Transport Mail” or “HTTP Request” SMS gateway type and with admin rights can now edit the unit price for the SMSs, the number of SMSs purchased and the number of SMSs sent, defined in their managers.
