Hi support team,

We have the HSNM VMware virtual server, version 6.0.139, on a windows server 2012 PC, core i5 RAM 8GB, exclusive for HSNM, our internet is 10 Mbps Upload and download 3 Mbps exclusive for HSNM to, our client's internet is 100 Mbps Upload and download 50 Mbps.

How can we improve the speed of user authentication?Thanks in advance,

Why do you need to improve user authentication? Generally, also on system with less resources that the yours, the users' authentication is very fast (in the order of 1 or 2 seconds).
Anyway the problem you faced could be due by the client's device wifi connection
