Hi,

we need to restrict the subscriber users format number that any reseller , manager unable to change the format

like 05NNNNNNN

i try this but when i go to add new user , i can remove the username format and add what i need so the configuration in username in system setting not applied or not restricted as i set

can u tell me how we can do with this

sorry but I don't know if I correctly understand what your problem is.

Are you talking about the User Name and the Password mask you can set in the System Settings?

If yes, are you telling me that if you set, for example, the User Name and Password to 6 chars the changes are not applied?

i need to set fix 2 digit to 05 and then other 8 digit generated or manager modified it

but when i go to add user i see 05xxxx , but i can delete it and set 04 for example

this what i'm looking for

Thank you for the explanation, now I understant what you meant: this is not a BUG but how the system works; when managers add a new user from the back-end, system suggest/provide the username based from the "Username mask" defined on"System settings" but then manager can create the username as he wants
