Dear Support,

We face some issue in our product: Total Traffic is 10240 MB. But User is disconnected at 1167.09MB as data download 409.15 as data upload.
Kindly clarify the residual traffic credit why it is reaching to -165.93GB
we updated the version of HSNM from 6.1.86 to 6.1.90 last 10-22-2019.

what user are those data referring to?

About the disconnection, you set a session timeout of 1440 minutes (1 day). So every time an user connection reaches 1440 minutes it will be automatically disconnected. Doesn't matter how many traffic it did. Then user will have to log in again.

What we want to emphasize is the data usage of the user. the product is 10GB data for 30 days but as we computed the total data logs, he consumed only 1167.09Mb as data download 409.15Mb as data upload then the user is disconnected permanently because the account is already reach the quota for the intended package. Please refer attachment for your reference.

I've just done a test trying to simulate your same issue but I haven't been able to simulate it.

Are you able to provide me further details on how I can simulate it? In the meanwhile, have you checked again the dashboard of the user seeing if it still has wrong data?
